This is what I ate Day Six

Breakfast:
7:15 am – Four dates and a cup of water

Snack:
08:10 am – Four dates and a cup of water
09:20 am – Two dates and a bottle of water (went walking, needed food and water)
10:25 am – Four dates and a cup of water

Lunch:
12:30 pm – Four dates and a cup of green tea

Snack:
2:00 pm – Three dates and a cup of water

Dinner:
6:00 pm – Four dates, string cheese (milk substitute) and water
