This is what I ate Day Six

Breakfast:
6:00 am – Four dates, string cheese and a cup of water

Snack:
08:15 am – Three dates and a cup of water
09:20 am – Two dates and a bottle of water
10:00 am – Two dates and a cup of water (I drank a lot of water this morning)

Lunch:
12:45 pm – Two dates and a cup of green tea

Snack:
2:15 pm – Three dates and a cup of water

Dinner:
6:00 pm –  Fives dates and water ( I was so tired didn't eat yogurt)
