Salaam Alaikum ladies,

So I don’t know if you are aware that I don’t drink milk (don’t like it at all) so I will be using substitutes to make up the milk fat intake.

Breakfast:
7:45 am - Four dates and a cup of water.

Lunch:
11:45 am - Today I used ½ cup of plane whole milk yogurt as my milk substitute with 12 black berries and 2 teaspoons of honey.  I shared this with my son so in reality it was more like half of everything. I had a cup of water and my vitamins. I’m aware that the blackberries wasn’t apart of the plan but I had already added it before I had remembered :/

Snack:
12:38 pm - Three dates and a cup of water
03:00 pm – Four dates and a cup of water

Dinner:
5:30 pm – Three dates and ½ cup of plane whole milk yogurt as my milk substitute (two teaspoons of honey) and a cup of water

Snack:
6:30 pm – Seven dates and green mint tea

Throughout the night I drank water.
