Snack:
10:00 am – Four dates and a cup of water

Lunch:
11:30 pm – Three dates, ½ cup of yogurt and a cup of water

Snack:
2:00 pm – Three dates and a cup of water
4:00 pm – Three dates and a cup of water

Dinner:
5:30 pm – Four dates and a cup of water
