This is what I ate:

Breakfast:
6:30 am – Four dates and a cup of water

Snack:
08:00 am – Five dates and a cup of water
09:30 am – Two dates and a bottle of water (went walking, needed food and water)
11:25 am – Three dates and a cup of water

Lunch:
12:30 pm – Two dates and a cup of green tea

Snack:
2:00 pm – Three dates and a cup of water

Dinner:
6:00 pm – Three dates, string cheese (milk substitute, tired of yogurt) and water
