As-salaam Alaikum,

It's MONDAY again (yaaay), time to weigh-in. 
Okay ladies going to the scale and and..
another 2 pounds off Al-hamdulillah!




This week was a lazy week for me, I didn't get to workout like I normal do and boy do I feel the difference. Hopefully I can get back on track Tuesday since today is my day off.

Yesterday (Sunday) I didn't workout because I had zero energy to do so (women Issues), i'll have to make up for that this week.

We had a pizza party in class and guess who gobbled up 3 slices (veggie) and about 4 - 5 small slices of banana nut bread that one of the students made (umhum). I didn't have breakfast because of the pizza party and couldn't have dinner since I was still full. I did manage to eat a few chunks of watermelon and pineapples before lunch.

Every Monday I Weigh-In.
Insha-Allah I will try to post up some new pics of what i'm eating and videos of exercises I'm doing.
