As-salaam Alaikum,

Now that i'm done with yet another diet challenge you must be wondering "what I'm up too", well nothing at the moment.  I have decided to take a week off and get use to my new healthy way of eating and living.  I will continue to eat real food and


Insha'Allah! And Workout 6 days a week.


Exercise:
I have been keeping up with my exercise: Kettlebells, Walking or Jogging, Yoga or Pilates and Playing with "the boy" at the park making sure that I get a good workout doing so and that's it, nothing more than that. I feel good guys , I really do Al-hamdulillah.  I hope that all of you are doing well on your weight-loss journey and I look forward to you telling me all about it :-)
