As-salaam Alaikum ladies,

This update is way overdue :)

Okay so if you follow me on Facebook you know that I was sick last week and couldn't get any of my exercise in. Well, I did try to work out one day thinking, "I'm OK" but my body told me otherwise, it told me to sit my butt down and take a break, so I did. I ate any and everything that was given to me last week, I mean I had white rice (Egyptian style), bread, ice-cream and all. Now you know I had to be feeling a certain-kind-of-way as I ate it right lol. I thought to myself, "what in the world are you doing, all these empty calories and unnecessary fat, really? SMH", but I was hungry and sick and hungry-sick people can eat what they want :-D
Eight days later I started feeling much better, however I wasn't one-hundred percent so I took an additional two days off to make sure that I was in tip top shape though, I felt very lazy and didn't know how to get back on track with my exercising routine and out of that laziness, I added an additional two days (smh). On day thirteen I decided that I wasn't going to be defeated ;-)

I got off my lazy butt and started working-out again (yaaa!).  I started doing Pilates and Stretchy time on "Workout Trainer" and slowly build myself up to walking then running. So ladies, I'm back on track (Masha'Allah TabarakAllah) and can't wait to update you on upcoming changes. Insha'Allah, take care.
