As-salaam Alaikum,

As I have told you beautiful sisters "doing some form of exercise while eating healthy is essential to overall weight-loss and health".

Do any kind of exercise that you like, for an example I love to walk, I could walk for hours before feeling tired because I like to see life happen. When I see people at the bus stop, walking or jogging, driving to work, parents at the school bus with their children and just hanging around at the park with their family and or friends, I feel like i'm apart of life. Because you come across some of the same people daily, you get use to each other and become less foreign to them.

Okay, enough with the chit-chat LOL.  A few pics of what I've been up to Tuesday March 3rd, 2015.

The watch that  I'm holding is a heart rate monitor, it tells you what your heart rate is during an exercising and how much calories & fat you've burned. Although it's not 100% accurate, it's not off by much Al-hamdulillah.

So I decided to put on my heart rate monitor while playing with the boy at the park. Look at the results of running around for 47 minutes Mashallah!
