As-salaam Alaikum ladies,

Below is what I ate Tuesday:




Lunch: Chicken Caesar Salad
I also had 2 small sweet potatoes,
1/2 cup of whole milk yogurt with 1/2 cup of black berries and a tablespoon of raw honey.




Dinner: Spinach with tomato sauce & Grilled Chicken
(It may not look appetizing but it was very good! The family had Israeli couscous with theirs) 


For Breakfast: I had turkey sausage 4 oz, an egg and a banana, I didn't have time for anything else I had an outing.
