As-salaam Alaikum Ladies!!

Okay So I got busy with life and wasn't able to blog but I took pictures and wrote down what I've ate and everything, check it out!

Breakfast: Oatmeal, one Banana and two eggs & Green tea with mint

Lunch: Chicken Caesar Salad & 2 small Sweet Potatoes

Dinner: Kufta with sauce and Broccoli (lost the pic for it, this is internet pic)

Snacks: I have been eating Mixed berries and Baked Sweet potatoes as snacks
(I haven't had any cravings for sweets since the date diet so i'm holding off until I do.)
