As-salaam Alaikum,

Below is what I ate for breakfast: (side note: I was only able to eat two of the sausage, son ate the other two.)




Turkey sausage 2 oz, eggs with cheese & pickled vegetables 


Snack throughout the day:
  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup of plain whole milk yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Banana
Drinks:
  • Water
  • Green tea with mint
