MONDAY'S WEIGH-IN

As-salaam Alaikum,

It's MONDAY again (yaaay), time to weigh-in. 
Okay ladies going to the scale and and..
another 2 pounds off Al-hamdulillah!




This week was a lazy week for me, I didn't get to workout like I normal do and boy do I feel the difference. Hopefully I can get back on track Tuesday since today is my day off.

Yesterday (Sunday) I didn't workout because I had zero energy to do so (women Issues), i'll have to make up for that this week.

We had a pizza party in class and guess who gobbled up...

You know what day it is ladies (ummhumm..) WEIGH-IN TIME!

I'm so excited and I can not hide it (hehehe), okay lets step on the scale ;-)



Al-hamdulillah, Mashallah, another 2 pounds off!
May Allah (swt) protect, aid, and continue to bless my hard work and efforts, ameen.

As-salaam Alaikum sisters,

As you may know, I weigh myself every Monday so that you guys can see my progress (Watch Me Shrink!), well today is Monday yet again so I stepped on the scale and weighed-in at 183 lbs, I Lost 2 lbs (Yaaas!) Al-hamdulillah wa Masha'Allah T.A.

As-salaam Alaikum ladies!

Al-hamdulillah I've lost another 1lb (yaaay!)  I'm very excited and can't wait until I lose my first 20lbs; Yes I have a long way to go, but it's all good and we know that  good things come to those who work hard for it and wait ;-)



Next Weigh-in is "Monday" March 23rd, 2015
I can't wait to see the scale! Go MEeee!
