As-salaam Alaikum ladies,

This update is way overdue :)

Okay so if you follow me on Facebook you know that I was sick last week and couldn't get any of my exercise in. Well, I did try to work out one day thinking, "I'm OK" but my body told me otherwise, it told me to sit my butt down and take a break, so I did. MONDAY'S WEIGH-IN

As-salaam Alaikum,

It's MONDAY again (yaaay), time to weigh-in. 
Okay ladies going to the scale and and..
another 2 pounds off Al-hamdulillah!




This week was a lazy week for me, I didn't get to workout like I normal do and boy do I feel the difference. Hopefully I can get back on track Tuesday since today is my day off.

Yesterday (Sunday) I didn't workout because I had zero energy to do so (women Issues), i'll have to make up for that this week.

We had a pizza party in class and guess who gobbled up...
